🧡 Volunteer With AOJFL

We’re currently looking for coaches for both our Flag and Tackle teams. Running safe, effective practices—especially with multiple drills, offense and defense—requires a full team of coaches.

Even if you don’t have much experience, that’s okay! Our head coach will provide clear guidelines—you just need to show up, follow the plan, and help manage a drill station. Your presence makes a big difference for the kids and their development.
